  • The BackupTool (see image below) was developed using Qt-C++ and the libraries QuaZip and zLib. It is a tool designed to help users manage and control their backups. Users can create backups of files and folders in either .zip or .iso format. Each backup includes the date and time of its creation, and users can add a custom description, which will be saved inside the backup file. The software also provides a recovery tool for restoring data from existing backups (for .zip files) and supports CD/DVD burning for .iso files. The versions used in this project were QuaZip 0.7.2 and zLib 1.2.8.
